Course Signup Terms and Conditions

1. Course Access

• Each purchase provides access to a company license for a duration of 12 months. Sector 3 Digital Ltd reserves the legal right to remove access and cease providing the course at the end of this period unless renewed.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• All content provided in the "Are you NHS Ready" course, including but not limited to videos, documents, downloads, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Sector 3 Digital Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or publish any part of the course materials without prior written permission from Sector 3 Digital Ltd. Any breach of this condition may result in legal action.

3. Refund Policy

• Once the course has been accessed, no refunds will be provided.
• If the course has not been accessed and you submit a refund request within 28 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided.
• In cases of personal or mitigating circumstances, please contact us directly, and we will review the situation at our discretion.

4. VAT and Non-UK Companies

• If you claim to be a non-UK company and therefore VAT exempt, Sector 3 Digital Ltd reserves the right to claim additional VAT should your exemption claim be incorrect.

• Sector 3 Digital Ltd will endeavour to keep the course up to date. However, changes in the NHS may occur, and we are under no obligation to modify or update the course content in response to such changes.
