If it comes to our attention that a client is under 18, their account and access will be terminated immediately, and a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a Sector 3 Digital Ltd website for the "Are you NHS Ready" course or related services signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are listed in pounds sterling (£), including all applicable UK taxes, such as VAT. Sector 3 Digital Ltd reserves the right to change the prices at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order. Payment can be made via credit card or other specified methods. Secure online payment is processed through our payment partner. Sector 3 Digital Ltd does not store payment information. All liability for the security of payment transactions rests with the payment provider.

Article 5: Delivery of Digital Products

Access to the "Are you NHS Ready" course is delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, clients will be granted access to the course materials for a duration of 12 months. Sector 3 Digital Ltd reserves the right to cease providing access after this period unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7: Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if no access to the course has been made within 28 days of purchase. Once the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Sector 3 Digital Ltd.

Article 8: VAT and Tax Compliance

Sector 3 Digital Ltd operates under UK tax laws. Clients claiming to be VAT-exempt but found to be ineligible for this exemption will be liable to pay the additional VAT on their purchase.
